Nashville recording artist/Musician, Las Vegas Entertainer CRAIG JOHN began his career in entertainment in 1973, since then, Craig has performed in 32 states, and Ontario, Canada. He has performed in several shows at the Nevada Palace, and the Union Plaza in the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas, Nevada. He has also performed in Reno, Nevada. Craig has worked stage shows with, the Jordanaires, Jeanne C. Riley, T.G. Sheapard, Jim Ed Brown, Razzy Bailey, Mark Collie, Mel McDaniel, John Anderson, Exile, Sawyer Brown, Confederate Railroad, Brad Paisley, Doug Stone, and many others. Craig plays, Bass, Rythym, Pedal Steel, and Lead Guitar, Mandolin, Piano, and Drums, and enjoys Flatpicking acoustic Guitar with Bluegrass music. In January 1990, Craig moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where he lived for 6 years. While in Nashville, he performed regularly at "Gilley's" when it was located on Music Row, and in several other Nashville night clubs, including wold famous "Tootsies Orchid Lounge" and "Printers Alley", with some of the top musicians in the world. In 1992, Craig became the regular Bass Guitarist for Capital recording Artist, Mel McDaniel's "Oklahoma Wind band", performing Mel's hits, including "Louisiana Saturday Night", "Stand Up", and "Baby's Got Her Blue Jeans on". In 2007, CRAIG JOHN was awarded at the 21st. Annual Review Magazine Awards for Saginaw County Michigan, and surrounding areas, for BEST MALE COUNTRY VOCALIST and BEST COUNTRY BASS PLAYER. The CRAIG JOHN BAND specializes in Modern Country Music, Classic Rock, Blues, and Bluegrass music. Also in 2007, THE CRAIG JOHN BAND was awarded at the 21st.
