Sarah Elizabeth Charles, is a gifted vocalist and performer. Originally from MA, she has sung the National Anthem for the New England Patriots in front of 68,000 people and at the Fleet Center opening for the Boston Celtics.


Sarah has studied and grown as a musician through the Community Music School of Springfield, MA and continues her education now at The New School For Jazz and Contemporary Music in New York City.
Performance opportunities have followed Sarah up and down the East coast, including Philadelphia, Vermont, Boston, Virginia, Washington D.C., and New York.
Sarah has also earned numerous honors including an Outstanding Musicianship Award from the International Association of Jazz Educators, a Judges Choice Award at the Berklee Jazz Festival, an Outstanding Soloist Award at the Jazz in the Park Festival in Lakewood New Jersey, as well as many scholarships to prestigious music programs, including Jazz in July at UMass-Amherst and the Vermont Jazz Center’s Summer Workshop.
In addition to her numerous performance requests, Sarah has released 2 CD’s. Her first, entitled “Angel Eyes” was completed in early 2004. Her second CD “Sarah Elizabeth Charles Live at the Majestic Theater” was released subsequent to a self-produced, one woman concert in September 2005. Sarah’s poise, presence, smooth and pure talent and vocal stylings are that of a veteran and do not disappoint.
