About Me

Desperate Cycle are a Five piece Rock band from Milton Keynes. Having only been together around about two years, DC have accomplished alot in this time, and with such achievements as coming second in THE PITZ CLUB/MK CITIZEN Band Blitz Competition in 2005, playing 80+ shows between 2005-2006, a DIY tour, Three demos, and substantial Label Interest , the future is looking bright for Desperate Cycle. They have had many changes in these two years of being together, and the line up now is looking better than ever.

In march 2007 desperate cycle are looking to record a new E.P For all the fans.

In Desperate Cycles Years Of touring and playing across the Uk, They have played with such bands as;

Amen, Sick Of It All, The Unseen, Stretch Armstrong, With Honor, Merauder, Capdown, The Freaks Union, The Filaments, Howards Alias, Fireapple Red, Graveltrap, Kenisia, Rough Justice, Gutworm.

Unfortunately, we're going to have to pull out of friday's show with Mirno, Rob, our vocalist has been struggling with a throat and liver problem over the past few weeks and won't be fit to play the show.We're really bummed about this because we have a bunch of new stuff we really wanted to demo out and were looking forward to playing live again, however, Rob nearly passed out after the show last friday and we don't think it's fair to throwhim back in so soon!Sorry againDC"

Are there any bands you guys are listening to a lot?

There's a good band from Milton Keynes actually, me and Keith have been trying to help out a band called Desperate Cycle. They're really young guys, but they're really good musicians, so it would be interesting to see how they go, hopefully take them out for some dates next year.
