Was born in Ankara, capital city of Turkey. Graduated from METU with a Mechanical Engineering degree. In his first year at the university, he got himself into "radio business". At Radio ODTU , started as a dj, later he became the producer and presenter of the cinema program "Bazilari Sinema Sever", and last but not least the Music Director.
After the tormenting five and a half years at mechanical enginnering, he started the "Cinema and Television" masters program in Anadolu University, in Eskisehir.
Upon returning from his Erasmus program in Pisek, Czech Republic, he settled in Istanbul working in film business as a camera assistant. He writes scripts, tries to shoot them with his Super 8 Camera, plays the guitar, studies French, wants to play tennis as he used to and sleeps as little as possible...
