About Me

I'm a graduating senior at the University of Chicago, and soon to be a NYU PhD graduate student in American Studies (so excited!). Aside from academics, I LOVE music! I'm finishing up research on a two year fellowship project on South Asian and urban musical hybridity (I know, I told you I was done talking about academics, but w/e), and working for a nonprofit on creating a supplamental cirriculum on music by Black classical composers and the intersections of Black urban music and classical music. Anyway, music is and will always be my first love. I'll honestly listen to anything and am always looking for something new and fresh, so if you have any suggestions hit me up!!
