Sheridan Coldstream is perhaps best known as the winning vocal coach on BBC1’s prime time Saturday night show ‘Can’t Sing Singers’, when he led the Birmingham group to victory in a spectacular Christmas live final. He also prepares students for TV shows such as ITV’s ‘X Factor’ ‘and ‘Stars in Their Eyes’.Sheridan launched Total Vocal 1998. This is now a thriving and highly successful business, boasting more than 50 one-to-one students and many others queuing for a place. Periodically Sheridan showcases Total Vocal to demonstrate his students’ impressive talent. In addition to these sell-out shows he also offers his one-day workshops: ‘Feel Good through Singing’ and ‘Unlock Your Voice’. He is constantly bursting with new ideas and keen to remain at the cutting edge of vocal organizations.Sheridan has just completed an album 'Sheridan Coldstream Here & Now' which is available (until official launch) from www.total-vocal.co.ukAfter a season with the National Youth Theatre, Sheridan trained at the Guildford School of Acting, specializing in Musical Theatre. His first West End appearance was as Peter in ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’, and shortly afterwards he bounced his way to The Liverpool Empire as Tigger in ‘Winnie the Pooh’. He has performed in national tours, pantomimes, and concerts, appearing nationwide. Television credits include Jasper Carrott’s ‘Canned Carrott’, ‘Wish me Luck’, ‘London’s Burning’, ‘Rumpole of the Bailey’ and ‘The Bill’. He has also appeared in films, ‘Scandal’, ‘Eurocops 3’ and ‘Charlie the kid’ and TV commercials for 'Coca Cola', 'MacDonalds' and 'Friends Provident'.
