Wolfpack Fugitive Recovery was founded in August of 2006 by Justin Hiracheta,Fugitive Recovery Agent. It currently opereated by Chief FRA Justin Hiracheta, and 2nd in command Justin Morrow. Tho we are based in Texas, we contract out to Colorado, and soon we will be able to offer our services to New Mexico and Louisisana.
