2009 has been a great year so far. I found 5 amazing musicians who love to play the music of Heart as much as I do. We formed a Heart tribute band called "HEART ALIVE". We play incredible recreations of classic Heart songs like: "Crazy on you", "Magic man", and "Barracuda". Sonia Kemeny is an amazing singer who hits all the high notes that Ann Wilson does. Julie Torchin is an equally gifted singer who harmonizes beautifully with Sonia and plays acoustic guitar and blues harp!!!! Brad Torchin is an amazing guitarist & keyboardist who also sings. Danny Buss is a monster bass player, simply put a "virtuoso". He can play anything & everything. Dave Davis is a very talented guitarist and vocalist along with being a great bassist and drummer. I've played in local bands like: Gypsy Queen, Fate of the art, The Mami sisters, Thin Line, Spyhouse, Spycastle, Stoney Lane(which was my favorite!!), and Big Rak. I've also had the extreme pleasure of meeting: Rich Little, Rita Rudner, Louie Bellson, Ginger Baker, Janet Gardner(Vixen), Jan Keuhnemund (Vixen), Lee Rocker(Stray Cats), Chris Logan(Michael Schenker Group), Riki Hendrix(cousin of Jimi Hendrix), Rod Morgenstein, Terry Bozzio, Deen Castronovo, Ross Vallory, Jonathan Cain, Neal Schon, and Jeff Berlin. ..

This song is what us Heart fanatics refer to as "The Mother of all Heart songs". It's such a magical kind of song, it takes you to another place. My best memory of Heart in concert was on the "Dog & Butterfly" tour back in '78. Their stage show was incredible, it was the original Heart at the height of their career.
