About Me

HORROR + METAL= RETURN TO ODD 3"Return To Odd" is an annual film festival that deals with the strange and oddites of cinema. The part of film that is less exposed to the public,and only to the underground. "Return To Odd" showcase filmmakers who explore this genra of HORROR in every aspect, even to its sub-genras of arthouse,cult,splatter,hardcore,grind-house ect. "Return to Odd" also understands that the horror genra is inter-locked and attched to the hip with rock music and all of its sub-genras of punk,metal,hardcore,emo ect. Horror is to cinema what rock ‘n’ roll is to music—Rebellious, transgressive, loud and abrasive—and the sound of horror is every bit as important as the vision," says Garris in the Masters of Horror soundtrack liner notes."As always, music plays an enormous role in horror films, this is why the "Return To Odd Film Festival" will always include live bands to prefrom at the venue."HORROR and ROCK, A marriage made in hell."
