I love to read. I wasn't a big reader as a kid, but now I can't get enough. Crosswords and brain teaser puzzles keep my mind sharp and occupied. I also watch way too much t.v. and movies. I am not a big sports girl, but I root for the Zags & WSU always. I am also a fan of the Cowboys, Braves, Yankees, & the NCAA, and have been for years. While my son is in school or camp, my puppy shows his loyalty by keeping me company, loving my attention, & making me laugh. I love going to the ocean, watching the water, and breathing in the fresh air. It has a strong appeal for me. I like planting flower gardens in the spring.

I like a little bit of everything, from Air Supply to Elton John and Beethoven to Pachibel, Reba and Alabama, and all 80's; Andrew Lloyd Webber, Phil Collins, Dishwalla, SheDaisy, Liz Phair, The Cranberries, Fergie and Hinder. I love Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood, Evanescence, Avril Lavigne, and Daughtry. Josh Groban has a wonderful voice that makes me melt. I have listened to The Eagles, Chicago and The Beach Boys my whole life. Music is a part of my everyday.

I am addicted to ER, and of course I love Friends, Charmed, and Sex and The City. I watch the old classics and 80's re-runs. I also have gotten hooked on House, Grey's Anatomy, The Girls Next Door, Law & Order: SVU, and CSI: NY. Medical and forensics based shows fascinate me. I also like American Justice, Cold Case, and THS on E!. I have several of my favorite TV series on DVD that I watch too.
I love J.K. Rowling (I read the Harry Potter series atleast once a year), and anything by Jane Austen or Charlotte and Emily Bronte. I loved Eragon & Eldest and I can't wait for the third book of the series Brisingr (Sept. 2008). L.M. Montgomery (I love Anne, she is my kindred spirit), Louisa May Alcott, and Shakespeare are authors I read all the time. I also enjoy all the stories of greek and roman mythology, especially ones about Zeus (he was such a creep and a womanizer), the nymphs, and the Underworld (the way they saw death is so interesting). I like to read bios and auto-bios. I still read Christopher Pike books occasionally. I like some poetry especially Edgar A. Guest.
