Deion Lucas ' One of the hottest male R&B artist who is up and coming with his writing producing and his God given vocal ability to sing,with passion sincerity, conviction, and finess, his voice has touched many peoples hearts.Deion was born and raised on the west side of Detroit he comes from a very musicly inclined family of singers writers and musicans,having a younger brother and sister, who Deion has been an inspiration to. His brother,Mike-CITY-one of the hottest male hip hop artist and Deion's beautiful sister Crystal Lucas-one of the hottest R&B females from Detroit.Deion has a strong love for family , Deion Lucas started singing at the very young age of five,he used to listen to his elders old school- soulful R&B music like, Smokey Robision Michael Jackson-Freddy Jackson and Al Green, at the age of seven Deion had his very first on stage proformance as a singer, singing Silent Night in his elementary school Christmas program, Deion was dressed up in a white pillowcase with aluminum stars all over it. In junior high school,Deion and most of his closest friends loved music and art.Some of his friends such as eLZHi from the rap group Slumvillage and his two best friends Tony Green & Mike Jackson,Deion would always share some creative arts with his friends, By high school Deion's vocal and musical ability began to come out much more when Deion met his School friend Derick Jacobs who helped Deion to join a very talented four man singing group named Ace of Spades. Deion linked up with his new friend's,Reggie Jones & Benny Henry and then performed all of his high school years for teachers and students to enjoy.But it was in high school when when Deion finaly discovered that he was going to sing and put forth much stronger effort to fulfill his calling and God given purpose. Having a strong love and passion for singing,D put in some hard work,for a big vision and his dreams and kept his unfailing faith in God,and when the storms of life would come in ,through blood,sweat, and tears,Deion just kept on smiling and never gave up.But now little did Deion know his positive mindset of hope and his relentless striving to become who he was ment to be would it finally pays off for him from the later years,and after many trials and tribulations Lucas was added as the fourth member in a male singing group 7mile from the east side of his hometown Detroit with-Tezz,Squeak and lil G and their home town manaegment team Roger and Tanya Hidelburg Yopp who helped Deion's group to reach their very first record deal with Mariah Carey on Crave Records. After they sang the Star Spangled Banner and received a huge standing ovation from Mariah and Boyz ll Men at a star studded New York city night club for a showcase, an appreciative and joyful Deion knew there would be hard work ahead and stayed focused and helped his fomer group with his smooth vocals,and his star role in groups second singel hit video Do your thing.. witch reach the top ten on the Billbord charts for,single sales, & airplay at number nine with a bullet.. Deion's loves to learn grow play basketball, enjoys weight-lifting, chilling,all types of art and being with his loved ones. Deion Lucas has learnd a lot from his experiences, and is currently still singing Meanwhile, Deion is still striving stronger than ever.
