Creativity and spirituality is the ultimate focus. Be still and know the answers are already within us. I love music and I grew up surrounded by it. My father is original rhythm guitar legend Al McKay of Earth, Wind,& Fire. Music was religion in my household growing up. I too am a musician and an artist though a work in progress. I stride to strengthen my discipline for my crafts. I'm not trying to be perfect. Perfection would be God's business. To reach for excellence is my business. Music and art are spiritual to me and that is why I practice eastern and western concepts, to bridge the gaps between creativity and the luminosity of the mind with meditation and spiritual awareness. The illumination of my consciousness has helped me a great deal with dealing with past regrets, strife, and inner turmoil. It has giving me a much greater perspective on life and how I view the world, and helping my mind to be a clear channel to remove all obstacles in my way to let my creativity flourish. Though like many of us, I still have much work to do...........
