Amongst The Ruin

Amongst The Ruin is a hardcore/metal band that originated in Buffalo, New York and formed in early 2007. Though the bands musical and communal recognition is growing immensely, Amongst The Ruin’s goal is not merely to become popular or to obtain high status in the music industry. Rather, the bands intent has been and forever will be to spread God’s Word and ultimately His love both through their music, relationships, and friendships that they form. This is a band that is permeated with both the love and the Spirit of God, and it can be sensed just by hearing them perform. After conversing with the band and listening to their songs, it becomes quite evident that Jesus Christ is the driving force behind Amongst The Ruin.

Amongst The Ruin has a great comprehension of the love of God and realizes that it is blind to opposing opinions and religion. Being a band that wishes to exemplify both the ideologies and the love of God, they are no different. The band loves everyone, and all of their fans, regardless of their religion or opinions. Love is the prime theme that the band wishes to promote and illustrate through their music.
Amongst The Ruin has the incessant ambition for spreading the love of God, and the band plans to continue their journey as long as God intends. Having already overcome many hindrances and obstacles, they are prepared for any trials that may come their way. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. " -Phillippians 4:13
