Pole performing is fast becoming a recognized art form. With new styles, tricks and performers, pole dancing is continually changing and forever challenging.
The traditional image of pole dancing being "sleazy" and "seedy" is gradually being eradicated. Pole dancing is now widely accepted as not only a sport, but also a great way to keep fit. Pole dancing incorporates cardiovascular exercise with strength building, flexibility, balance, co-ordination and imagination. Apart from being good for the heart, it is also good for the soul with improved self confidence, greater sexual empowerment and most of all, its FUN!!!
Most people do not realize what an adaptable form of dance it really is. It is this that makes pole dancing a suitable sport for everyone. Anyone can pole dance regardless of sex, age, weight or physical ability. I know dancers of 18-50+, men and women, from a size 6 to size 20. Celebrities from Carmen Electra to Vanessa Feltz have tried pole dancing, so if they can do it...SO CAN YOU!

We are currently teaching at Dynamix Health and Fitness in Old Swan, Liverpool. We have a beautiful, large and fully mirrored studio with 4 x-poles. If you'd like to try a class then please message for details on booking your place. Private lessons (one2ones) are also available.
