Wassup MS. This is Black Trump. I just thought it was time to update my page. I'm a young black entrepreneur. I did own 3 companies but check my latest blog about MBMS, Inc. I am a mortgage broker and real estate investor. I am NOT a real estate agent. My company Legacy Funding Group LLC actually finds the loans for people to buy homes, land, businesses, and commercial property. The other company Investment Services Group LLC, is a real estate investment firm. I locate, evaluate and either personally purchase property or help my other investors purchase property.I use banks that allow you to buy homes for resale or rental, WITHOUT A CREDIT CHECK in most cases.On a personal note, I am a divorced father of two of the worlds prettiest little ladies. They are my world. I do all that I do to leave them a legacy that will take care of their childrens children for generations. I enjoy praising God, working out, reading, playing with my ladies, and educating people on building generational wealth.I am also a singer/ songwriter. anyone who knows me knows that I have MANY years of classical voice training, and songwriting credits that have been noted since I was 16.Check out all of my peoples pages.
