Biography:
From a young age, I discovered my love for performing at stage school where I learned to sing, dance & act. It wasn’t long before I realised music was my forte and began writing my own songs at the tender age of 12.This led to an early career in the West End, performing in some of the best loved shows in London including ‘Oliver!’ at The Palladium, ‘Joseph…’ at Theatre Royal (Drury Lane) and ‘Killing Rasputin’ at The Bridewell, to name a few.At 16, I left school to study Performing Arts at college where I would polish my style and technique to a professional standard. It was at this point that I realised the huge impact music would have on my life. To feed my hunger for performing I would sing in Bars, Clubs & Restaurants performing popular Pop and R&B tracks, as well as Swing classics. It was in these situations I learnt how to connect with my audience on a personal level and make them feel a part of my performance.“Music is what feelings sound like…â€Growing up I would write about my emotions. Whether it was about a relationship, Family crisis or how I happened to feel at that particular moment, I would always find a way to sum it up with catchy lyrics and melodies. I would spend hours on the piano trying to find an original sound that I could use to tell my stories, which brings me to present day.Now, almost 21 years old, I am now in the process of creating my own unique blend of Pop, R&B and Funk influenced by great artists such as Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, James Brown, Frank Sinatra, Boyz II Men & Michael Jackson, just to name a few.I am now looking for a Management deal/Recording contract that can help progress my music career. I am a committed individual with a professional attitude and a lot to give… Please help me share my music with the world.
