Current meber ISSA personal Trainer Program. My name is Ryan, I started Wrestling When I was in K- and fighting with my two brothers, and cousins when I learned to talk. For the same reasons we still fight. I got involved in lifting around the age of 15 along with many sports. Football, baseball, motocross...Some college football for Mt.Seniro College, and then the USMC were I had plenty of training in everything every good war fighting machine needs to know! For the last 7 years I have been reading as many articles and books on nutrition, health, lifting, working out, stress management, and I try and continue to learn more about every part of training and the many ways. With this being said I have been able to not close my mind to just aerobic or anaerobic exercise, "the bench vs. the bike" "dead lift vs. yoga". A word I hate DIET! If you are going on a diet that means you are going to come off of it. My training will help you make life style changes and make being healthy a long part of your life. Do you just want to look good for a event or forever change the way you feel? What is most importaint to you?
