One drunken night at a friends house, Drummer (Shannon Band) met Lyricist (Joel O'Brien) for the first time. Shannon walked into the kitchen to hear Joel announce "I've got a new poem for you guys to hear." So they all walked into the bathroom and sat on the floor, accompanied by a cask of Fruity Lexia and a bottle of Tequila. That was the first time that Shannon had heard a poem by Joel. Shannon explains "This guy's writing kick-ass lyrics on a Saturday night when others are in bed". It was then that Shannon decided, Joel should come to a jam with the band...
A couple of weeks later, Joel was introduced to Guitarist (Jasveer Dhaliwal) and Bass player (Taj Davis). They plugged in their guitars, and gave Joel the microphone, and instantly Jazz began to strum the riff, of what is now called Zombie City. From that moment and on, there has been a powerful chemistry between them.
