Stillness And Rage

The band was founded January 20, 2004 in Losone, southern of Switzerland. We play a melodic heavy metal with many guitar solos. Actually we're searching for some places to perform live... In year 2005 we did a demo record with 4 songs and we built a web site where find some informations and news about us. Last year we started with some live performances and a music challenge in Lugano "Palco ai Giovani" (Stage to the young people). In the next months our first DVD will come out with an entire concert recorded in a workshop last year. The DVD has a bonus track Silent Sorrow Symphony never played live...
