WAY TO GO WINGS!!hmmm. first and foremost, i am the proud mother of a kind and brilliant son. he is a massage therapist...graduated college with honors and is my greatest work of art! i'm rather complex, but easy going. open & friendly but fiercely loyal to those i love. i'm usually happy and optimistic--always looking for the silver lining. i've been known to be a brat on occasion. i love to meet new people. i write poetry. i love words and numbers and puzzles that involve them. i tend to overthink things. sadly, i procrastinate too much. i always said i'd do it when i got "around to it", but a friend gave me one ("a round tu-it") and i'm still not getting anywhere. i have lived on both sides of the U.S. and have dipped myself into both oceans. i love northern michigan. fall is my fave time of year. i love to laugh and frequently get the giggles. i believe in love and commitment and marriage. i am a spiritual & religious christian, though not of one particular church. over the years, i have widened my horizons along with my waistline. i love to be of good use, to help people. (after 35 years)i quit smoking in October 2001!! i do child care. i love the kids, caring for them, teaching them new things...and they tend to love me back which gives me great happiness. i have psoriatic arthritis, lupus & fibromyalgia which kind of sucks, but most of the time i manage ok. altho a bit shy at first, i make friends easily and keep them. (i am still in touch with grade school friends.) i encourage ADHD research to aid my son. i promote breast cancer awareness in honor of my sister...cystic fibrosis awareness in memory of my best friend (and to help those i've met along the way)... leukemia/lymphoma (blood cancer) awareness in memory of my parents and to honor my friends...cancer awareness in memory of my second dad, Fred..among others. i support foundations for heart disease, scleroderma, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, cervical cancer, epilepsy, respiratory illness, ADHD, liver disease, alopecia, parkinsons, Children's Hospital and Shriner's Hospital, the Humane Society, organ donation...all in honor of those i love. i guess if there's anything else you need to know, just ask.--------------------------------------------------------
