The Young Leadership Board (YLB):
This group of people in their 20s and 30s work to raise awareness and funds for Birmingham's Ronald McDonald House. The YLB offers fun, a chance to build leadership skills, volunteer opportunities and the satisfaction of helping sick kids and their families.

Birmingham's Ronald McDonald House welcomes families of children receiving medical care. This home-away-from-home allows families to stay close to a sick or injured child without having to sleep in hospital waiting rooms, or bear the often unaffordable expense of a hotel room.
