A Vision Within

About Me

Born out of Pittsburgh, PA in March 2006, A Vision Within has been setting stages on fire with an explosive set matching the energy and emotion of some of the best modern and past punk/hardcore bands in the US. With a sound of punk and metal that comes together like a zipper, the quartet has been influenced by such punk and metal fore fathers as Pennywise, Strung Out, Sick of it All, Darkest Hour, Rise Against, As I Lay Dying, All That Remains, Parkway Drive and many more.
Commanding respect with progressive guitar riffs, aggressive drum beats, spirit finger solos, and sing-a-long motivational lyrics, Matt (Pie), Donnie, Justin, and Ed will continue to cultivate their thriving fan base. Writing more than Stephen King, a constant show schedule, and an endless pool of talent; even the lazy ears and eyes will surely take notice of A Vision Within.
Driven by a Pittsburgh work ethic, love of music, an intense desire to perform, and a full length album in production there is still much to be seen from A Vision Within. Rest assured AVW and their ever-growing army of fans will be gracing your presence and play lists in the very near future.
