I am here for Friends

About Me

Boo thanks for visiting my page.
..
..
..:: For most of my childhood I was a bit of an outcast. I was never one of the ‘popular girls’, but I soon learnt that the ‘oddball’ in life are the people most worth talking to.
..:: When I look at a person, I try to see beyond fashion, fake tan, pimped up cars and desperate attempts at seducing the opposite sex. My attention will often go to the person who isn’t seeking attention. I don't feel a need to conform or impress others.
..:: I love music but hate how people use it as a means of stereotyping people. I listen to a variety from The Cure to Kai Tracid, from The Clash to Tracy Chapman.
I love going to festivals. From the hippy dance fests when I was a kid through to Reading and Download. There’s nothing better than the adrenaline of being in a crowd, getting battered and bruised, while your idols are standing in front of you blasting out. The surroundings mean I have met some of the most open and chilled people in my life.
..:: I think education is very important. I value academic education. But cultural and spiritual education are a higher priority for me. When my finances allow, I want to find out what the world can teach me. My Graphic Design course keeps me on my toes. I love the challenge. It is fascinating how the human mind interprets images differently with each individual, or equally how one visual can define the values of a time or generation. It can be extremely annoying to me when people misjudge the importance of good graphic design.
..:: Most importantly, I believe that life is about having fun, and being open to new ideas and experiences. Life is short, so why hold back? I can’t stand people who just sit back and make judgments, people who have something to say about everything but who have achieved nothing themselves.
..:: I love spending time with friends, meeting new people. People are a big part of my life. I would go out every night if I could, as it frustrates me stuck in alone. That said, I'm not a big talker until you get to know me well; but I am good listener for it.
Random stuff about me...
..:: I like analyzing the motives behind the way people think and act. I find a lot of people very amusing!
..:: One thing that I can't stand is people who can't hold a meaningful conversation.
..:: Lying, bragging, showing off, being charming and looking good DOES NOT make up for your lack of self-esteem!!!
..:: And I wonder what the hell is with girls who eat salads for dinner?!?!
