I have three, yes, three, beautiful, entergetic, drive you crazy boys. 17, 14 and 13. They keep me young and make me feel old all at once.
I am originally a mortgage broker/financial advisor. We all know what happened with the recession...so now I'm on a quest to find my next career.
I coach youth league basketball, and have coached other sports like soccer, football and t-ball. I also served as President of the football board....My guys do football, wrestling, basketball, and one even is a national champion cheerleader. I am a sports mom--not a soccer mom. No mini-vans for me! I dance to the beat of my own drummer...LOL
I enjoy studying the nature of human behavior and like to meet people of all sorts. In fact, I'm going back to school for physcology/applied behavioral studies.
I believe in honesty (sometimes to a fault I'm told), I'm a very open person who has finally come to a place in my life where I don't worry about other people's opinions of me. I live my life with integrity, and kindness to others, so if you don't like me, go away....I despise those amongst us who rush to judgement without ever really knowing us...who are self righteous, and are quick to point out others mistakes and vices without examining their own...Those who are quick to hear a rumour and jump on the " band wagon " and not only spread it, but embellish it...If you don't know me personally, shut the f**k up and mind your own business..99.9% of the time, your life is as messed up as everyone elses...and many times even more.
I love being a Mom, and am still amazed to this day that I am....and how blessed I am to have three amazing boys who challenge me, make me laugh, cry, scream, appreciate the little things, analyze the world and give me hope....
I am me. I make mistakes. I learn from them the best I can. I help everyone I can, expecting nothing in return. I am imperfect and tainted, but I remain optimistic and happy....
