I am a sweet young woman who loves God, for He is truly the head of my life. Everything that I do, I try to do it to please Him and Him ONLY, not man! I am a mother, sister daughter, aunt, niece, granddaughter, Soror, friend, veteran, administrative assistant, and a child of God. As you can see, I play many roles in my life and I am sure there are many more I know. I have a passion to help and uplift people but especially our youth. They are the next generation and if we do not speak Jesus into them now, the world will speak something else. The word of God says in Proverb 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."I am a veteran of the United States Army. I served my county in Iraq in 2005 as a Chaplain Assistant which I loved doing and I felt that, that was something that God was calling me to do at that time. I went willingly but I am not going to lie. It was rough not just the war part, but spiritually as I reflect back to that year. God was “Changing†me and preparing me for my future and my purpose in life, which I am still in pray about. I thank God for that year that He allowed me to make it through (conquer).I also thank God for all of my military friends that I served with, Army, Marines, and Navy, I SALUTE YOU and it was a pleasure to serve with you. Ms. Patin, Davis, Owens, Wright, Green, Fuenes, and Bales, I love you Battles and you will always be my girls. God is still working on me and my mood swings (attitudes) as my friends and military buddies would say, for I am not perfect but I am “Changingâ€.God has blessed me with two God Filled boys, Toney and Daniel which I love with all my heart. I am cool, funny, outgoing, and always the center of attention because I am spoiled (I can admit it). I am a go getter and little bossy. I have a bad habit of asking/telling people what to do. When I see something that I want done or to do, I like it right then and now. God is humbling and showing me how to sit back and just watch Him do His thing. “God you are awesome†Continue to keep me in your prayers, and I will continue to pray for you.“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.†Romans 8:28
