When I was very young, I used to lock myself in the garage, turn on the radio and sing my troubles away for hours. I also sang my sister to sleep which the rest of the family didn't think necessary.I began to take my voice seriously after a friend told me that I was talented. I began by entering talent contest and music festivals where I won a few awards. I then auditioned for a part in Les Miserables put on by our high school music teacher. I played the character of Eponine at 18 years old...After singing for a few weddings and fronting a Top 40 cover band, a close cousin of mine dared me to enter a local radio contest. I did and won a portion of the contest which allowed me to record three originals.Currently attempting to write in my spare time...
