BIOGRAPHY
Janusz is a DJ, Producer, Remixer, Sound Engineer from Manchester, UK. His personal musical tastesand influences range from ambient, urban, hip hop, rap, through to rock though his primary love is for all typesofElectronic Dance Music such as Ambient, House, Electro, Progressive, Trance, and Nu-Skool Dutch Techno.
Janusz started as a DJ in 2001. His DJ career came on as a natural progression from clubbing at venues suchasGatecrasher & Cream from 1997 onwards. Other venues such as Gods Kitchen, PaSSion, Sanky Soaps, andSundissentialduring early the 2000's provided an ideal opportunity for him to listen and develop his own unique DJ style andmuchlater, his 'production sound.'
Musical influences into his productions come from listening to the works of Giuseppe Ottaviani & AndreaRibeca -an Italian hard trance act commonly know as Nu NRG who arecurrently signed to Paul Van Dyk's 'Vandit' label. The collected works of Paul Van Dyk, Giuseppe Ottaviani , Marc van Linden , Ferry Corsten ,and John Askew form the fundamentals of Janusz's DJ/productionstyle and one that can be heard throughout his mixes.
In 2005 Janusz won the Rising Stars DJ Competition on the prestigious Galaxy Galaxy UK Radio Station. The competition hosted by DJ/Producer Paul Kershaw (Galaxy) was judged by Mark Deacon (PromiseNightclub Promoter) on Paul Kershaw's Solid State Saturday night show. The mix played that night blew the mindofPaul Kershaw and till this date remains as one of the finest, energetic, and euphoric examples outliningJanusz'sskills click here to listen to the broadcast.
Paul Kershaw invited Janusz and 2 former rising stars including Adam Coppack (personal DJ/Producer friend)toattend guest broadcast interview/mix slots in 2006. DJ Janusz is set to return to the broadcast airwaves in 2008toshowcase his new productions.

As well as guest appearances on Galaxy in 2005/6 Janusz had been no stranger to the airwaves himself,hosting hisown weekly internet radio show on www.EuphonicHorizons.com (2003-6) he showcased the latest releases from danceartists renowned globally and managed to draw in a loyal listening base. His music style led way to guestperformances on numerous other leading international dance radio stations such as ETN.FM , Digital Vibes.Net , SundaySoundscapes.com

Janusz's productions highlight influences from all of the pre-mentioned artists/producers. His currentproductionsvary in style from Ambient, Breaks, Electro House, Progressive House, Electro Trance, Euphoric/Driving Trance,TechTrance, or a combination of the aforementioned.
