The “Epileptic dj team” was founded in the beginning of 2007. After a residency in the “neue welt club” in Bremen, Germany, (in which famous dj’s like Tok Tok, Tomcraft, Tom Novy, Rob Acid, Beroshima, Angela Flame, DJ Rok, Wolle XDP, Noisia, the Panacea (and many more....) have rocked the crowed), Stefan Volkersen (aka lazy) and Nils Ott (aka tika) were searching for new challenges and upcoming opportunities.
First they’ve met in the “neue welt club” playing b2b sets and combining their two music styles. Starting with techno and house music the two processed their music and mixing styles until now not knowing what the future does bring. It isn’t possible to peg the Epileptics as typical electro and breakbeat dj’s. Their sets are diversified and they allways try to combine various styles, old and new tracks, evergreens and own tracks which have been never heard before.
They've already played with Aquasky, John B, Sono, Nico Grubert, Oliver Schories, Boris Dlugosch, Marusha and of course: titties ;-)
