Mandrake were formed in Athens during 2003 and have released 3 demos and a promo cd this far.The first demo "It started as a whisper" was released in 2003 and the second "No second chance" in 2004 featuring Panos Kritikos (Suffer in Silence) on vocals.The third demo "Everything flows" was released in 2005. During 2005 Tasos (Astral Aeon) joined the band as a vocalist giving a darker approach to the sound.With Tasos on vocals "Promo 2006" was recorded in my two ears studio by Mike g. and was released during 2006 receiving very encouraging feedback. Mandrake are driven by our love for classic heavy metal through bands that we were raised with like Iron Maiden, Metallica,Thin Lizzy and Riot combined with our love for extreme metal, brutal vocals and double bass drumming.We are at the moment working on a full length work.
