12/4/08-In very late November and early December 2008 original founding member Billy Kajos resigned from the position of drummer,keyboards, and occasional bass stating that his music ideals are going in a new direction that are incompatible with the band, also original founding member Chris Melvin resigned from the position of bass player and occasional drummer stating that he did not want to be part of a new lineup of the band. Now we will continue as a duo multitrack recording all parts until we find new members, also we will go under a name change but most of the songs will remain. We are looking forward and not looking back and we plan to continue playing and recording for a long time to come. Stay tuned for new music and updates!
10/25/08- Greetings fans. We are sadly announcing that we are going on indefinite hiatus. Our drummer is busy right now so we have to put a hold on our music, but other members are actively pursuing other musical projects. Adam and Chris are working in a new band called Nautical Red www.myspace.com/nauticalredband. Billy is playing bass in Appomatox http://www.myspace.com/appomattoxband. Chris, Kevin and Adam will be forming a new yet to be named act as well so stay tuned and hopefully we will return as Brickyard Whales in the future!
9/25/08- Greetings fans. We are pleased to announce that we have just posted the latest demo of the Righteous Song thAt includes all instruments except vocals. The fully produced version will be coming soon with some of our other songs on an EP! We should be getting out and playing some gig soon so stay tuned!
8/11/08-Greeting fans. We are sorry to say that album production will be delayed for a little while (we don't know how long). Songs are being tightened up and lyrics are being written and re-written, in the end we hope that the material will be all set and ready to go mid September for serious recording sessions. On the good side of things we are going to have a few gigs coming up this month and in the months to come so stay tuned.
6/25/08- We are pleased to announce that the production of our album yet to be titled has started lat week. Right now we have a very clean well recorded version of The Righteous Song on our recording hard drive that needs vocals done, the vocals will be added on sunday we will then mix the vocals in with the music. When the vocals are done being mixed we will make a master and load it up online for your listening pleasure. More to come soon.
5/20/08- We are pleased to announce a demo recording of are newest song "Molotov Cocktail On The Rocks", the recording only features Adam Roth and Kevin Waite. Also this recording was a successful test of multi-tracking wit our new studio grade equipment. We would also like to point out this is a very rough version of the song so please keep comments regarding quality to a minimum.
5/8/08- We sorry to announce that our drummer has broken his collar bone. This means there is going to be a delay in the recording of new material and a delay in when we can play a show or as a group. Stay tuned for updates.
4/22/08- show went well thanks to all who came. Adam is getting new tubes for his amp and we have a new enclosure for our recording hard drive and we will record some new tracks as soon as possible!!

2/21/08- Recently added is an instrumental demo of "The Righteous Song", it is only played on guitar. The track was recorded direct in. Heart felt rhythm playing by Kevin Waite heart felt lead playing and solo by Adam Roth Enjoy it.
