MyHotComments As a little girl, dancing in the front row isles of Spectacular Forum, Leonce Has been surrounded by soca music as long as she could remember. Growing up, not knowing if it would ever be possible to be doing what she loves; Seeing people all together having fun to universal language of music. Living on the sweet island of Tinidad & tobago, juinor calypso competition was a norm. That's where she had her first chance at what she fantasized. However, very fulfilling, education was priority from then on. CHildhood dreams now seem so far away. In 2005 after meeting her mentor and friend, the leader of The Request Band, Rayzor, Leonce was given a shot at singing in the Band. Being in the band recovered all memories of what was once a fantasy. It made her realise that her dreams were all dormant. Moving forward was inevitable, for what she wanted to achieve. Still growing and nuturing her talent within the group, she wants to take it a step further. She is now recording with a popular producer. Leonce wants to be known for leaving a mark in the soca industry. SHe wants to be recognised for what she can do and how much aspiration she can offer to the music. Most of all her passion and charasmatic character should stain her audience with abundant happiness. This is what we all live for, to be happy and SOCA MUSIC is the joy to our souls.
