One died for your soul; the other for your freedom.I am a wife and a proud mother to my gorgeous son, who looks just like his father. Connor is truely the best thing that has happened to me! I've been blessed in so many ways! I'm soooo fortunate to be a Mommy! It's amazing what creating life will do for your thinking. Those of you that know me, know I'm not anywhere close to a bible thumper, I make mistakes everyday, but I have learned over the past years, that family can suprise you, for the good and bad, that friends are your family too; that you can't make someone have relationship with you, even if they are family, and that even asking for forgiveness doesn't mean you're always going to get it. BUT if the right thing is decided; at the end of the day, Hold your head up high knowing you've done all you could.I've learned that even knowing someone for 23 years, you still can be stunned by their actions. That the things you want change, the more you try and change them the harder everything becomes.I've learned that God always has a plan... and there are times my wants don't go a long with his plans, but he see's the bigger picture.That the bond between syblings is stronger than most and you don't have to talk to someone all the time to know where they stand.I've learned that the constant solid rock in my life is my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He's never left my side, never turned me away, never rejected me, never told me He wasn't going to be there. Even when I've turned my back on Him numerous times, He's always been there waiting and he's ALWAYS loved me for who I am not for who he wanted me to be. He's never stopped being there, even when everyone else has. It just took me forever to realize it.I'm grateful to my family, and I miss my sisters and brother terribly. I'm grateful to my friends.I'm grateful to the military and the people that have been brought in my life because of the military.I'm grateful for the life I have been given, and I am grateful for the life we've created.
