Well, I'm living what was once just a dream! I am a wildland firefighter (like CAL FIRE only I don't get paid as much...). I work for the Cleveland National Forest on Engine 39 as an Apprentice. HELL YEAH BABY!!! A lot of people told me I was never going to make it... well they were wrong. So never let anyone tell you can't do something, you can do anything you want, it just depends on how much you want it. Lately a lot of things have become clear to me, first: never give yourself to someone who isn't better than you, those that are can never fail you. Second: sometimes we don't get a second chance to tell someone we love them, so make sure they know you care. Third: challenge yourself everyday, that way each day carries the promise of a better tomorrow. And lastly: don't let anyone hold you back if it's something you really want, if they really care about you then they will understand.
