It got better and better and progressed then in early 08 he got his studio started and paid for through having a job and working. It's been hard to get to where he's at now due to his dad's money problems alone. It's lucky he even got the equipment. Eventhough he's a white dude he's got pain in his heart like most rappers. The music he makes is felt, not really dance music. The flow is nice and the verses are hurting these fake rappers. There is no one like JL holding down Trae-state the way he does, there are alot and there is a terrible amount of respect for those who do but they can't do it like him. The industry needs to get into this midwest talent, they just overlook and stay in all the same cities. All he wants to see is these midwestern artists get signed. Unlike most artists this guy puts on for his city, helping out other rappers round the way to get in the studio. Like O.G., Twon G., Tario, Psymon, and Jamaican. Besides that he's also trying to facilitate his own record label, Kapital Punishment, a label that just wants to put on the grimey, best flowing, free spirited, hip hoppers with the best rhymes. This midwest is gonna blow up with JLz being at the forefront of the battle line. So stand out or stand alone.... BIOTCH!!!!--------------------------------------------------
