Chris has been playing guitar for 30 years. He began his music career at eleven, but all Chris gained was a taste of the guitar and three years of music lessons. Through years of woodshedding Chris would become an accomplished musician. For Chris, guitar is his life, his work, hobby and love. Unlike most of us, Chris works his life to fit around his rigid schedule of playing the guitar. He spends a lot of time practising, listening to inspirational music, and creating music. Chris has been inspired by many, specifically Yngwie Malmsteen & Eddie Van Halen. Many classical greats have appealed to him and helped him to develop a style that is all his own as well. Chris’s personal goals as a serious and dedicated musician can be summed up in one word – success. Success for him isn’t limited to fame and fortune, but also includes pleasing an audience, getting across messages, and reaching his full potential as a guitar player. Over his 30 year career Chris has been in many bands such as Fallen Angel (with Jeff LaBar of Cinderella) Black Widow, Night Prowler, Hit-N-Run, Rapid Fire, AKA & most recently Kidd Nasty. Chris's main influences are Yngwie Malmsteen, Eddie Van Halen, Ulrich Roth, Paul Gilbert (Mr. Big, Racer X) Jimi Hendrix, Al Dimeola, Allan Holdsworth, Eric Johnson, Joe Satriani, John Petrucci, Brett Garsed, Shawn Lane, Jason Becker, Tchaikovski, J.S. Bach, Nadja Sonnenberg, Nicolo Paganini, Rush & Kansas.
