The sun is shining, brightening my eyes
And the earth smells of fresh daisys in bloom
Though the ground is moist, it will soon be dry
And the sun will set into the moon
The birds that once sang, thier voices fall silent
As the stars dust the clouds from the sky
And calm was the warmth, cool is but violent
The sun steals my senses, as the light dies
Though the sun is fire, the moon is not ice
Just the reflection of a light far away
In that moment i know, that no more then thrice
The sun poses for temporary delay.
Day break, high noon, and darkness of night,
The cycle revolves, and my eyes again bright.
