Rapping since the age of eight, he has absorbed an unusual upbringing to accentuate the odds. He was raised in Chicago by a young single father who was a hustler and a true entrepreneur. At a young age he carried the broken heart from a mother who had been consumed by drugs in the hellish streets of the Southside Chicago.
