I picked up a guitar on Valentines day back in 2001 to get over a broken heart and I havent put it down yet. After I learned 3 chords I sat down and wrote my first song. For me music is the only true escape from a life full of potholes and mountian peaks, and is the only true constant. I sing songs for and about life while trying to make sure a little part of me goes into every lyric, strum, and note. I hope you enjoy what you hear and find the same measure of escape I did while writing and singing the songs. My goal is to write a song that when you hear it you think, "Oh yeah. That's Ben alright."
