What does Cedars Return mean?
Well, I was reading one day in the book of Psalms to which it was talking about the cedars of lebanon. After some research, it turns out that God showed favor to the cedars of lebanon. He watered them himself and allowed them to grow strong. They grew tall and wide. Then I began to think about my life and how I want to be like the cedar tree, getting my nourishment from the Lord and having God Himself allow me to grow tall and wide for His Glory and Honor. Because, when I myself get out of the way and allow God to use me, then its HIS hands and his feet that are growing tall and reaching wide to bring people to know Him and who is really is. But, the sad thing is that the cedars are becoming extinct, there are fewer and fewer cedar trees every year. That is the same as Godly men and Women, we are becoming fewer and fewer every year as well. Thus it is time for the cedars( Godly Men And Godly Women) to "return" to a right relationship with God. Right now we are currently going through a transition phase of new musicians and new music. David Farren is still leading the band with musicians from the Youth Ministry of Trinity Baptist Church Youth. A talented group of musicians and vocalist that God as blessed to put together. The Former Members of Cedars Return are still really great friends, Less Munn and Justin King are considered founding members and will always be apart of Cedars. We love them dearly and this band would not exist without them. The current band plays together every Wednesday Night in OneMinistry Youth Ministry. All 6-12 grade students are welcome to come and Worship with us on a weekly basis! We love to Worship! Please be in pray for the band and what the Lord has in store for us!Love yah!
