- Reading other people's 'About Me' seems like a waste of time because I believe that most people lie. Yeah, that's right I'm a cynic. It sucks to be an optimist because you'll ultimately end up disappointed.I also don't believe in this 'seize the day carpe diem' crap but I definitely think you should enjoy everyday with your friends and try not to think of the consequences.I dislike people that say "I don't care what people think about me" because if they didn't, they wouldn't have written/said that in the first place. Stop trying to be somebody that you're not. I love people who act like themselves and don't pretend to be somebody else.I don't like fashion. As Oscar Wilde said, "Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months."
This couldn't be more true; especially for Cyprus. Have your own style and respect to everybody else who does. Respect to those who might buy something that's in fashion because they like it and not because it's the cool thing to have. I personally love being anti-cliché.Anyway, that is all. I don't really know why I'm writing this since although I'm looking to meet new people everyday, I highly doubt that I'll do so from MySpace and it certainly won't be because they liked my 'About Me' section.
