I met Amedeo Tommasi a few years ago. He is a great jazzpianist and composer and a very good teacher. I attended his jazz workshop in Bled in 2003 and it was a unforgettable experience for all students. I am very proud that he arranges so many of my favourite songs for me. Our project now contains over 30 jazz standards and there is more to come. He is the one that urged me to follow my passion for music. Make sure you visit Amedeo's myspace. Closer to home I work on songs with Ed Blanken (piano), Wim Schuddebeurs (drums) and Olga Savelkoel (guitar). It's wonderful to find inspiration in each other's approach to music.
I sing second alto in a close harmony vocal group, Close Focus. That's where I found my third pianist, Emil van der Wal
