About Me

intense, obsessive, oversensitive, long-winded. and trying to use those in the right ways.... I'd rather pack than unpack. and I can make true stories sound like lies.

My Interests

writing, avoiding writing, getting back to writing, media, intermedia, networks, paranoia, ethics, drama (not games), creativity, cookery, mobility, politics, translation (more metaphorically), avoiding distractions, completion.

I'd like to meet:

complex people w/ issues who appreciate the same.

Television:

not much lately, though when I do I mostly flip compulsively and sequentially through the channels, no more than 1 second on each; and sometimes I'm distracted by Myth Busters, Top Chef, 24, Ugly Betty, Rebelde, Lost, Cheaters, 30 Rock, and America's Test Kitchen. When I was in 4th grade I wrote/drew a fan fiction comic book on Dark Shadows.

at the moment: Rousseau's Confessions, Schreber's Memoirs, Lacan's Seminar, Freud's correspondence, Wilde's aphorisms, and Nin's (unexpurgated) journals. Plus anything on cookery.
