i write, perform, and compose. i also teach, mostly to pay the bills, but also because i secretly relish prodding young minds and seeing them bloom. old minds, too. i want to spend the rest of my life making new things, performing for lovely people, sharing knowledge with knowledge-sharers and getting paid to do it all. some day, i will wake up with the sun in my eyes and say to myself, this is what i want. every morning brings me closer to that day.
