Now, flash forward twenty minutes to see me with command over a stage and an audience so spectacular, one can't help but wonder: "Is that the same guy from outside?" Flash forward another ten minutes and find me behind the sound booth monitoring the acoustic levels, tweaking knobs as necessary on a board longer than my own 6 1/2 foot wingspan; I'm making sure my fam (now on stage) sounds good too! The next day, you might find me hold-up in my own lab like a recluse producing background arrangements, laying vocals, mixing, mastering and reading up on the latest gear in Musician's Friend or some other techy mag. I've inadvertently subscribed to. Later on that night, you might catch a glimpse of me in the club lookin' real bummy, chatting it up with someone you really really wish you could meet while the person standing next to you whispers pistol-whipping rumors in your ear and warns you not to point because 'that's him right there; that's G. from SHANKSiDE!'"
