I am a solo performing and recording artist currently studying at GRCC to earn my Associates in both Recording and Vocal Performance after studying as a vocalist at Cornerstone University for two years. I write all of my own music and play my own accompaniment. I perform my music around Michigan and am now in the process of recording my first CD.There are several references to "Lord" "God" "Father" etc. in my music. This is because I believe in God and believe He is my only hope in this world. That is a big part of what I want to communicate through song. I don't want to force what I believe on anyone and that's not what I'm trying to do. If someone doesn't see life the way I do that's ok. I do, however, truely believe what I sing about and see no reason why I can't share it with whoever will listen. I write and perform my songs with the purpose of being vulnerable and honest about where I've been and how I've felt in order encourage and relate to other people. The gift of song is precious and I attempt to treat it that way and make the most of what I've been given.
