Layout by CoolChaser first allow me to welcome you to my space.for those who don’t know me, my name is Rob W and I am a chef and I completed the Cordon Blue courses. my passion to the restaurant industry is, or so I think its unparalleled to any restaurateur, I dare say that because I grow up in a restaurant, my father was a grate chef and he loved the business perhaps more then me but to say the least my father never asked me to carry on his legacy. However I believe in continuing the march and so I helped my father grow to an empire of restaurants. I worked in many restaurants and hotels to gain the experience that is not through books (please note when I first started to work with my dad he had me as a dish washer) in the long and short of it, I did not grow up with the sliver spoon in my mouth like others and no I did not impose my self on the industry.
