Rick Gz Rick GZ (a.k.a., Enrique Gonzalez) is most well known for being an original member of the Latino pop group . He was a co-writer and lead vocalist on their debut album “Reflections of the Southâ€. Obsesion, the first single off the album, instantly rose to the top off charts throughout Europe. The music video was the most requested in it’s debut week on MTV Europe, VIVA and The Box in the UK. The groups chart topping record sales in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria earned Rick a gold record. With releases in over 27 counties and over a million sales worldwide, Rick Gz has made a name for himself as seasoned artist and performer. The high demand from fans to see Ricky, led him on several European tours, and most recently included opening for the British pop sensation Blue. No stranger to the limelight, ,Rick has shared the stage with such international sensations as Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue, Natasha Beddingfield, West Life, Angie Martinez, Nick Carter, Brook Hogan, B5, and the Atomic Kittens to name a few. In 2006, the group went their separate ways giving Rick the opportunity to focus on his passion of production, songwriting, and vocal arrangement. With demand for his production capabilities still in high, GZ Music was born. His new sound bares witness to his love of R&B, his Latin roots and hip hop. In early 2007, Rick began recording for his solo debut. The album is expected to be released in Europe, South America and eventually the United States. Plans are now under way for a promotional tour beginning in Germany in the summer of 2007, followed by Switzerland and then the United Kingdom.
