So tell me... Since I learn from your mistakes... When's the Final Exam?

About Me

All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night, in the dusty recesses of thier minds, awake in the day to find it was all vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes to make it reality. - T.E. Lawrence.

"Don't Judge a Book By It's Cover"
I'm the type of person who would like to surf an Internet where advertisers let you play their stupid games with out redirecting me to their site and toss pop up after pop up of worthless offers. I might visit their website if they would actually let me play the game and not sit there watching the Gorilla smash the innocent man who was probably just going to go get a newspaper but because he didn't have it delivered to his home (because he is rebelling against the Press because of their telemarketing calls and door to door marketing tactics) he did not know there was a Gorilla at large smashing people. To top it off they insult you for not buying into clicking on the button (because you know it's a trick) They flash "Loser” over and over again to taunt you. It makes me want to just...

The Latest Dirt

I'm settling in a new Job that doesn't treat me like a whipping boy. That's right no more 100hr work weeks and 90% Travel. I mean come on:
"I know you just worked 80 hrs this week Bill but we need you to drive the Van from TX back to MN. You will get back Saturday night and then on sunday morning we need you to drive to Michigan (12 hrs) because you have to install at 11pm Sunday night by your self. Then you have 3 more to do. Install Monday night, Tuesday night and Wednessday night again all by your self. Once your done you can then drive home. How long do you think the install Sunday night will take you?"

My Response: "OK let me get this straight...You want me to do a Full Install which normally takes two people 10 hrs to do and then they open for business at 10am...let me see...Well I guess it will take me 11hrs right?" Now keep in mind this was a job where I did this every week for 4 years. Well Experiance paid off and I now have a pretty nice job thats an employee owned company.

DO NOT WORK FOR WAND CORPORATION THEY ARE EVIL

Here is a quote from another former employee
"That man is a very Evil man"
That man refers to the President of Wand Corp. John Perrill Sr.

P.S. When I started at that company in 01 There were 60 Employees. When I left in 06 There were 70 employees, only 3 of those 70 employees were there longer than me.

Salmon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 lb. salmon fillets, cut into 4 pieces
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
(1) Heat Grill to Medium. In a small sauce pan combine shallots wine and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until mixture is reduced to about 2-3 tablespoons, stirring occasionally.

Reheat sauce on very low heat if necessary stirring constantly. Serve salmon with butter sauce over the top and enjoy! You can pick your side to go along with this.
Alternate Grilling Method
If yah just cant seem to grill it with out it breakin apart, you can try placing the fillet skin side down on a piece of tinfoil bent up on all 4 sides (to keep the juice in) and grill on medium for 10 minutes then remove from foil boat and place skin side up on grill for 2 - 3 minutes (to get the grill marks on it) then flip again onto the skin side and cook until done. =========================================
