Aiming For Angels was formed in New Jersey and relocated into the heart of Los Angeles, California. The sound is Rock and Roll and at the same time emotional; an eccentric mix of Punk, Industrial and Goth/Glam. Intense lyrical styling dealing with obsession, depression and suicide combined with powerful ear splitting musical originality. Aiming For Angels’ on point music ability and over the top stage shows have gained them a reputable status in the underground scene. Currently the band has undergone 3 U.S. tours played major venues up and down the eastern front (The Masquarade in Atlanta GA, The Trocadero in Philadelphia PA The Ottobar in Baltimore MD and Jackrabbits in Jacksonville FL) and sold out their hometown venues and rental halls. Aiming For Angels is in the process of releasing their first E.P. entitled Lipstick & Bullets. Aiming For Angels has gained a strong popularity in the Myspace world with over 100 hits a day and have reached top 20 status in the unsigned Goth/Punk/New Wave charts, The AFA-Army, the DESOLATION ANGELS, is constantly growing and welcoming in new recruits.
