ABOUT ME!
~I write poetry off and on, but I keep it pretty private. I believe in writing it for yourself, not to impress others. You may impress others by it, but this is not what you think about in the writing process. I go through phases when I'll write a lot down and other times where I just keep thoughts in my head. Poetry is a way to get out emotions and sort out thoughts. When I was a kid, my older cousin would teach me to recite various poems so I guess a lil bit of that rubbed off onto me. Feeling comfortable about who you are and figuring out who you really are will help you in life. Life isn't always nice and doesn't always go the way you want it to or the way it should, but if you believe in yourself and others you'll have something to hold onto to get you through whatever happens. It may not be easy, but if you love yourself and believe in yourself, with time you will be ok. Know you're special. If something feels wrong, listen to that feeling. Don't settle for little, but expect much. By bettering yourself, you can better others through inspiration and love and a variety of other factors. Rewards come in many shapes and forms. I think helping others and inspiring others to believe in themselves is one of the most important rewards because if you can make someone feel special then you will feel special too; a win win situation.
Respect yourself, and believe you deserve the best.
Beauty comes from within. No matter what you wear or how you look, you are beautiful if you believe you are inside. That beauty and confidence will then show from the inside out.
How you dress is a reflection of your inner self. Sexy does not equal slutty. You are sexy if you believe you are sexy. It's not what you wear; it's how you feel in what you wear.
Critically think about what you do.
Hate the act not the person.
Love love love with every breath.
There is a time and place for everything.
The littlest things really can mean so much.
Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should.
Someone liking your looks and being liked FOR your looks are two completely different things.
It should be about how healthy you can be, not how thin you can get. Thin does not always equal healthy. You are what you eat, not what size jeans you can fit into.
Just because you lose some weight, doesn't mean you have to lose some clothes too!
Care more about WHO a person is than what religion s/he is. Afterall, Christ loves us all.

Then search for the activity you did or find it in the links that are further down the page, enter your weight in the top section along with the minutes you did the activity, and then click on "calculate" to see your results! This is another site that can help you reach a healthy weight if you are trying to become healthier :)
